Terms of Agreement for Agents
MEMBERSHIPS; FEES; CANCELLATION - Read These Terms of Agreement Before Purchasing Services from this web site.
By accepting the membership to InsuranceRivals.com and by accessing the content of InsuranceRivals.com you authorize the charges set forth below and agree to the following terms and conditions:
You may purchase a 1/10th share (each zip code is a Top 10 Listing) across as many zip codes as you would like. However, there is a $15 miminum order (i.e., 6 zip codes) per insurance line. We accept credit card payments only. This is a recurring subscription renewed on the year anniversary of the initial purchase. There are no refunds. You are pre-paying for a 1 year trial of service at $2.50 per zip code, per year and you will receive 1 year of service even if you cancel at any point before your renewal date. Your renewal rate will be the regular subscription rate of $3.50 per zip code, per year. You may cancel by sending notice, in writing no later than 30 days prior to renewal.
InsuranceRivals.Com will only allow one agency listing per zip code. In addition, only two captive/exclusive agents, that represent the same carrier, may be listed for any one zip code. For example we could list two different Statefarm agents for a particular zip code, but not more.
1. Paid Trials
Trial and yearly memberships will automatically renew upon expiration unless your subscription is canceled at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term. The cost of renewal will not exceed the yearly membership cost at the time of members' initial subscription. Current one year trial membership is an amount of $2.50 per zip code, per year. The current yearly membership cost is an amount of $3.50 per zip, code per year.
2. Cancellations
You agree that if You do not send IAIMS, Inc. notice of cancellation of Your membership at least THIRTY (30) DAYS prior to the expiration of Your membership term (including any free or promotional membership terms), IAIMS, Inc. shall, with the full authorization You hereby provide, automatically and without further notice, renew Your membership to InsuranceRivals.com for successive periods of one year each at the then current standard one year membership rate. Our billing cycle on yearly memberships is every 12 months.
TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP YOU MUST NOTIFY THE COMPANY OF YOUR CANCELLATION BY U.S. POSTAL SERVICE AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE OF YOUR THEN CURRENT MEMBERSHIP TERM.

All cancellations received by IAIMS, Inc. will be effective upon receipt.
3. Authorization
You hereby acknowledge and agree that if You cancel Your yearly membership, or if Your yearly membership is cancelled by IAIMS, Inc., Your Agency Listing information will be removed from the system at the end of the then current yearly membership period and that You will be entitled to receive the full benefits of Your yearly membership until the end of such period. You shall not be entitled to any pro-rated or partial refund if You cancel Your yearly membership before the end of the then current yearly membership period for any reason. You agree that if You cancel at any time after purchasing a yearly membership to InsuranceRivals.com, You will still be charged the full year's membership fee.
IAIMS, Inc. may, at any time and at its sole discretion and without cause or the providing of any reason, cancel any paid trial or premium yearly membership.
You hereby authorize IAIMS, Inc. to charge your credit card or checking account for the amount of a trial one (1) year membership of $2.50 per zip code, per year in accordance with this Agreement. You hereby authorize IAIMS, Inc. to charge Your credit card or checking account (which You hereby acknowledge was entered by You into the sign-up page) to pay for Your membership fee and all yearly membership fees to InsuranceRivals.com at the then current standard yearly membership rate of $3.50 per zip code, per year. You agree to be personally liable for all charges made by You in relation to the use of InsuranceRivals.com or any goods or services purchased in relationship thereto, regardless of whether such charges were incurred directly by You or by one or more persons acting on Your behalf, under Your instruction, as Your agent or your representative, regardless of whether such actions on Your behalf were authorized actions in accordance with this Agreement or not. Your liability for such charges shall continue after termination of Your membership.
You understand and agree that Your membership to InsuranceRivals.com will be billed to the credit card or checking account used to purchase such membership.
4. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
